Refund Policy

At Massage & Movement Therapy Centre, we recognise that scheduling needs can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This enables us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed sessions without prior notice, will incur the full session fee.

If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms that may impact your treatment, please contact us promptly so we can assist with rescheduling.
