Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. To help us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment (or missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee, as we are unable to fill the space at short notice.
